Budvar Soup
1 tablespoon olives
2 - 3 sliced tomatoes
1/4 cup cooked pasta
1/4 cup shredded or diced cooked potatoes
1/4 cup canned or frozen vegetables
1 sprig parsley, basil, dill
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large can Budweiser beer
2 cups water
Place the solid ingredients in the saucepan, add the Budweiser, olive oil and the water, then, turn on the heat to low. Cook for twenty minutes, while stirring. Serve in bowls or cups, top with shredded cheese, bacon bits, pretzels or crackers.
