Coconut Ginger Bake
This is a recipe designed to help to purify the digestive tract.
It works to relieve things like flatulence, poor digestion and all.
I consider it to be gentle, others find this ginger bake too strong.
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon ginger
1/4 cup crystallized ginger, diced or minced
1/4 cup coconut flakes, sweet or unsweetened to taste
Mix ingredients together. Bake at 275° F for twenty minutes alongside yams or small potatoes. Top with honey and butter mix, place back in oven for ten minutes, raise temperature to 350° Fahrenheit.
Turn off oven, remove bake, allow potatoes to continue cooking.
