Zucchini Squash and Sauce
1 cup tomato juice
20 - 24 ounce can tomato puree
1 zucchini sliced
1 small squash sliced
dill 1 tablespoon
basil few shredded leaves
dash bay leaf powder
dash oregano
few grains himalayan or sicilian sea salt
Mix these ingredients together in a deep pot, cook at low heat, for 20 minutes, add rinsed cherry tomatoes and serve.
