1 head of lettuce, rinsed, core removed, and leaves torn into saucepan on stovetop or cooktop or other heating element
Turn on low heat

1/4 cup water
tablespoon oil
tableespoon lemon juice
Cook on low heat for five minutes while stirring gently with a spatula or wooden or silicone spoon
