Chicken alla Pomodoro
Chicken and Tomato Sauce
3 cups sliced, cooked, boneless chicken breast
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup cooked vegetables
1 cup cooked rice
a few grains of sea salt
1 tablespoon dill
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
1/8 teaspoon sage
1/8 teaspoon ginger
Mix ingredients together in saucepan. Turn on heat to low, cook for ten minutes - serve.
