Breakfast Burger Scramble
8 ounces cooked hamburger
1 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 stick of butter
Cook up the burger in a pot or slow cooker for one hour.
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Crack the eggs, place them in a dish, add salt get the strings out of the eggs with a fork, add them to the slowly boiling mixture. Whisk with a fork until mixture is smooth. Cover the saucepan, add one jigger of whisky or sherry, cook for five minutes.
Toast 8 slices of bread.
Spoon mixture onto top of toast and serve.
