Crispy Crudites

several slices slightly burned toast (scrape off extra black)
garlic butter
oil and vinegar mix
parmesan cheese

Cover toast with garlic butter, cut into 1/4" squares. Dip in oil and vinegar mix for five minutes, remove, place in paper-lined basket. Cover the toast squares with parmesan cheese.
