Cold Storage

Produce can be stored in a cold area, such as your patio "closet", which a lot of apartment dwellers have, or the trunk of your vehicle, or your garage, during the cooler months, when the weather is hovering around the freezing temperature zone; neither too hot, nor too cold.

Oranges
Apples
Potatoes
Bananas
Lemons
Limes
Sweet Potatoes
Pears
Turnips
Rutabagas
Beets
Carrots

Be certain to check the produce every few days.

Do not store bananas below freezing.
