Ground beef SOS (Posted: Feb 26)
1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
salt & pepper

Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, until meat is no longer pink.
Slowly add the flour, stirring constantly, add milk mixing well. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on toast.
