Pina Colada Muffins (poodoodle) (Posted: Jan 11)
1 box banana nut muffin mix
brown sugar
crushed pineapple, drained
pecans
soft margerine
coconut
coconut milk
pineapple juice from can of crushed pineapple

amounts of above ingredients are to taste
use what you like and leave out what you don't

spray muffin tin with pam -
sprinkle brown sugar, nuts, coconut in each
cup, add small spoon of crushed pineapple
top with a dab of butter.
mix box of banana nut muffin mix using coconut milk and pineapple juice instead of liquid called for.
Fill Muffin cups with batter and bake as directed.
Turn out upside down while still warm
