BANANA MOCHI FRITTERS
1 c. flour
1 c. mochiko flour
6 riped mashed bananas
1 c. coconut milk (frozen is just as good)
1 c. sugar oil for frying

combine dry ingredients-beat egg and mix in wet ingredients-add mashed bananas into the mixture-drop by spoonfuls into hot oil-fry until golden brown-sprinkling powdered sugar over fritters is optional-enjoy!
