2 lbs. pork (chopped)
1 whole cinnamon stick
2 cloves garlic
1 can tomato paste or sauce
2 to 3 bay leaves (full flavor)
shoyu, a pinch (about 4) of salt and pepper to taste
1 small bottle diced pimentos
1 16 oz. frozen peas
Trim fat off meat. Slice pork into thin slices. Marinate pork in a bowl with the spices to taste. Brown fat in a pot with cloves. Add pork and brown. Add tomato paste or sauce. When the pork is cooked, add pimento and peas. Simmer till you smell the aroma, serve hot.
