1 c. thinly sliced onion
2/3 c. chopped green pepper 2/3 c. diced celery 2 tbl fat 2 c. drained canned tomatoes 2 c. cut-up beans 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook onion, green pepper and celery in fat until tender. Mix in tomatoes, beans, salt & pepper; cook until tender.
