Lemon Flan
I been told by people its almost like it was done professionally
Its the easiet thing i make
Now you can make it too...
The easiest thing is
The crushed biscuits
Leave oven on Gas mark 2
Crush Rich tea biscuits
Or digestives
Or whatever you like
Rich tea biscuits i find a way better and less salty than digestives
Use two packets and crush
With rolling pin in wooden bowl
Crush them with the end of the rolling pin
Up and down very gently
Now get sauce pan
Add all the butter of a small tub
Add 4 table spoons of sugar
As soon as butter and sugar are melted
Add crumbs and mix all in
Make sure its soft
Add to tray covered in grease proof paper
Leave for ten-12 minutes in oven
Press down with wooden spoon
Now get two small tubs of double cream
Add 4-8 table spoons of sugar
Mix together, grating rind of lemon
Cut lemon in half and flick out with sharp knife all pips
Then sqeeze three or four lemons, depending on how lemony you like it i use 4
Now good old whisk
Place on top of biscuit mixture
Ok
Now leave in freezer for one hour or one and half hours
Eat after dinner
Then leave in Fridge
