Steam fry meat
Cover the wok
Leave on high heat
Then lower it gradually

Until all its own thick fat commenses in pan
Then gather all meat
Rip up into small pieces and leave aside on clean board

Then add straight to wok noodles
Add all your fave herbs

Add meat
Mix together
Add one egg
And mix it up

You can add barbecue sauce or tomatoe sauce too
Or add sweet/sour sauce or soy sauce


Yummy this is a perfect recipe
For left over meat fat also
