Quick and easy
Another simple, but very satisfying recipe
You need
Handful chestnut mushrooms
7 cherry tomatoes
And some butter or kidney beans or more if you prefer

Tandoori Marsala
cumin powder
You need a couple of pinches of both
You can add more tandoori Marsala if you prefer
For this you need to heat the frying pan and add spoonfuls of water
It should start to get very hot and skip around in balls and steam up
Then add more
Add the ingredients
and Slightly brown them
Add the spices
Add 250ml water
Leave to heat up
It should become thick when finished
You can add tomato puree if you like
Then simply add onto toast
Place in a pitta
Or wrap in a chapati
or can be eaten with Naan bread
Very simple takes no time to prepare
Cooking time is 15 minutes
