Classic One Dish Chicken Bake with Vegetables
Prep: 10 minutes /// Total: 40 minutes
1 2/3 cups hot water
1 pkg (6 ounces) Stuffing Mix for chicken
1 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups Mozzerella cheese
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
PREHEAT oven to 400`
Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
PLACE chicken in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and vegetables; spoon over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing.
HELPFUL HINT ~ LINE PAN WITH FOIL BEFORE STARTING
BAKE 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (170`F)
