Banana slices suspended in gelatine
This is a tasty treat, lower in sucrose than ordinary gelatin mix, which also helps to keep banana slices from going brown and mushy. This is a good option for humans.
one package of four serving gelatin mix
3 medium bananas (I've used up to 3 cups of sliced bananas)
Find glass tray or bowl you usually use for making gelatin dessert mix. Mix the sliced bananas thoroughly into the dessert mix, being certain to stir the powder all over the banana slices, so that they are covered with the gelatin dessert mix.
1 cup boiling water
Pour into dessert bowl, stir for 3 minutes.
1 cup cold water
Stir a few times and refrigerate.
