Ummy Enchiladas
Ingredients:
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushrooms or cream of chicken
1 can tomato sauce
2 lb. ground beef
Chopped onion (optional-My mom usually doesn't add it to them)
shredded cheese
1 pkg. torilla
Prepartion:
Brown beef and onion together. Drain. Add about one cup of cheese. Combine sauces and soups. Pour in large platter and dip each tortilla in sauce before filling with meat mixture adn roll up. Place in a large pan (greased)(cookie pans work the best) Pour extra sauce on top and sprinkle wiht remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes in a 3450* oven.
