Aunt Mazy's Lefse

1 gallon riced potatoes
1 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. salt

Mix with potato masher. Cool or chill over night. Add 5 cups of flour with potato masher. Shape 1/2 cup into a round firm ball and flatten. Roll thin as a pie crust. Bake on lefse grill or an electric skillet. Serve hot or cold. Freeses well. Warm in oven to freshen.
