Coconut Ginger Bake

This is a recipe designed to help to purify the digestive tract.
It works to relieve things like flatulence, poor digestion and all.
I consider it to be gentle, others find this ginger bake too strong.

1 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon ginger
1/4 cup crystallized ginger, diced or minced
1/4 cup coconut flakes, sweet or unsweetened to taste

Mix ingredients together. Bake at 275 F for twenty minutes alongside yams or small potatoes. Top with honey and butter mix, place back in oven for ten minutes, raise temperature to 350 Fahrenheit.

Turn off oven, remove bake, allow potatoes to continue cooking.
