Since I was a small child I always enjoyed watching my mother and grandmother bake all kinds of goodies and make delicious meals and I slowly picked up many of the recipes and I was really excited when this site was added, so I could finally share some of these treats!

Angel Food Cupcakes (Posted: Nov 20)
1 (18.25 ounce) package angel food cake mix
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper bake cups.
Prepare batter as directed on the box.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done.
