1/2 CUP COOKED RICE 2 TSP SALT
1 LG HEAD CABBAGE TIP:( YOU CAN PUT THE CABBAGE IN THE FREEZER AHEAD OF TIME.WHEN YOU ARE READY TO MAKE THIS DISH,, TAKE OUT THE CABBAGE & DEFROST. CUT AROUND THE CORE AND THE LEAVES WILL PEEL OFF)
1 LB GROUND BEEF 2TB LS SUGAR
1 LARGE CAN TOMATO SOUP 1 LG CAN TOMATOES
REMOVE LEAVES FROM CABBAGE, PAT DRY. COMBINE MEAT,, ONION,GARLIC (MINCED) AND SEASONING, ADD COOKED RICE. PLACE A SPOONFUL OF MEAT MIXTURE ON EACH LEAF OF CABBAGE. ROLL AS FOR JELLYROLL, TUCK IN EDGES OF CABBAGE. PLACE IN LARGE BAKING DISH OR PAN
HEAT TOMATO SOUP, SUGAR AND TOMATOES. POUR OVER CABBAGE ROLLS. BAKE AT 350F 1 1/2 HOURS
SERVE WITH A SIDE DISH OF MASHED POTATOES
