I can pineapple, drained
6 pork chops
1/2 c soy sauce
1/3 c vegetable oil
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced or mashed
1 tbsp brown sugar
Drain pineapple, reserve 1/4 cup juice. Set aside. Place pork chops in shallow baking pan. Combine juice and next 5 ingredients, mix well, pour over chops. Refridge and marinate at least 2 hours. Remove chops and grill over coals. 40-54 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with marinade.
