Budweiser Dumpling Soup
6 small peeled potatoes
1 cup baby carrots
1 sliced apple
1 48 ounce can chicken broth
1 can of chicken meat
1 liter or quart bottle of Budweiser
Reserve 1/4 cup of the Budweiser for the dumpling mixture.
Place ingredients into a cookpan, turn flame on medium-low. Cover.
Cook for one hour.
1/4 cup Budweiser
1/2 cup butter at room temperature
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder refined with fork or sifter
1/2 tsp baking soda refined with fork or sifter
2 cups flour refined with fork or sifter (rice, coconut, quinoa)
Mix ingredients together until all ingredients are moistened, do not overmix, add to soup with tablespoon. Allow soup to cook for twenty minutes more so that these dumplings are cooked.
